These are stock images I captured for Rosewood Nature Study Area. Rosewood was once a decommissioned golf course and was acquired by the city of Reno, Nevada. Truckee Meadows Parks Foundation was in the process of restoring the golf course back to native wetlands for the city, creating a habitat for nesting birds and other wildlife. It was also a space for the community to come enjoy nature and learn about the diverse wetland ecosystems.
